Through lectures, discussions, application calls, case studies, and structured programming, you’ll gain the confidence to assess, coach, and teach your clients to move with purpose.

You’ll join 12 live group calls where you can ask questions, share your thoughts, and explore concepts in real time with Katie each week. You’ll also participate in live case studies, application calls, and small group calls, all while connecting with your peers through our Slack group for ongoing support and accountability.
The Live Course is dynamic, immersive, and designed to give you the tools to immediately apply what you learn, both for yourself and your clients. Plus, you’ll finish with bonus access to additional Academy mentorship calls to keep the momentum going.

Looking for flexibility? For the first time, we’re offering a Self-Paced Option, giving you access to the same exceptional content—but on your own schedule. The 12 teaching calls are pre-recorded, so you can move through the material at your own pace. You’ll also receive 12 weeks of programming and recordings of previous case studies, expert presentations, and application calls.
While the Self-Paced Course doesn’t include live interaction or the Slack group, it still provides all the tools and foundational knowledge you need to make meaningful progress on your own timeline.
