1. Do I have to be at a certain fitness level to participate in the programming portion?

Yes. The programming is not for beginners, a year of quality movement in an athletic setting is probably a good idea. You do not need to be a gym rat or have a ton of equipment and there is an at home option. Everything can be modified in terms of intensity regardless of strength but a general base of strength is needed. The programming is completely optional and just an added bonus to help you feel some of the movements in your own body.

2. What if I can’t make the live calls?

The live calls will be at noon EST on Tuesday's to accommodate as many different time zones as possible. If you can't make the live calls, they will be recorded and you can ask as many questions as you need to on slack or via email. I make myself available for questions 24/7. The guest speaker calls depend on the presenters schedule. These will also be recorded.

3. Do I need to have access to a gym?

You do not have to have access to the gym to do the gym version of the workouts as long as you have a fair amount of equipment at home. In addition, I have added in an entire 12 weeks for at home, due to COVID. So if your gym is not open yet, you can start with the at home workouts and then when your gym reopens, I will upload the gym workouts on your train heroic for as long as you need for an agreed upon length of time.

4. Do I get to keep the course?

Yes! You get to keep all of the slides and the notes for the entire course. The videos will only be available on the website but you will have an extra month to finish watching the videos so you have plenty of time! If you decide to sign up for a membership after the course then you will get access to the videos for as long as you are a member. The membership is $97 / month, cancel anytime.
